From Idea to Market
We take care of all activities leading from the project idea to the complete registration dossier. In the second project phase, we organize the initial shipment and support you in bringing the product to market on time. You, the customer, are kept fully informed on the progress of the project from the beginning. This lets you witness the quality of our development and evaluate the project from the start.

- Market potential - With our products we seek to offer customers attractive market opportunities. To this end, we develop promising niche products as well as blockbusters.
- Formulation - We concentrate on solid oral dosage forms with immediate or extended release.
- Barrier to entry - We focus on products with at least one barrier to market entry such as a complicated formulation, a difficult patent situation or an active ingredient that is hard to obtain.
Project organisation
Our products are run by multidisciplinary teams. These groups have all the combined expertise required to successfully develop a new generic formulation and to compile a registration file with sufficient time left for product registration before patent expiration and market launch. All of our projects are co-ordinated by project managers with good project management skills and experience in the generic industry.
A network of partners
To round out our own developmental capabilities, we work with contract developers and contract manufacturers in a number of countries. This network gives us rapid access to various technologies and production locations.
