Scrupulous Testing

Our safety and environmental laboratory equipped with the latest apparatus oversees the measurement of emissions, water and wastewater analysis, soil testing and waste analysis. The department also collects safety data on products and intermediate products.

Regarding emissions, we focus mainly on measuring VOCs (FID online) and assessing firing. An additional activity is workplace monitoring in chemical and pharmaceutical production.

In wastewater analysis we attach particular importance to determining biodegradability in aerobic systems. However, we also conduct individual substance analyses, for example by using gas and ion chromatography.

We test soil and other excavated material for compliance with laws and standards regarding soil pollution and waste treatment.

The collection of safety data involves dynamic analyses of exothermic decomposition, flammability and burning tests, as well as dust explosion and pile impact testing.
